Employee Holiday Parties Galore

December 20, 2011 Every year there is a mad dash to get holiday parties booked and executed at the same time, I like to call it “The Holiday Scramble.”  This year was no different. IAEDP’s Holiday Fundraiser

A very good friend referred me to IAEDP (International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals) of Orange County to help assist with planning their Annual Holiday Fundraising Event Winter Celebration of Life, Gift of Recovery.  The setting took place at Cheryl Burke’s Dance Studio in Laguna Niguel…you know the Ballroom Dancer who was paired up Season 13 with Rob Kardashian on ABC’s Hit Show “Dancing with the Stars” (HELLO!).  What a perfect atmosphere to have a party like this.  The hardwood floors and mirrors along with a built in bar and lounge furniture helped create the... Read More

All Metals Processing Holiday Lunch

I recently had the pleasure of coordinating a holiday party lunch at All Metals Processing in Stanton, Calif. The collaboration between myself and Beach Pit BBQ assembled food, dessert and drinks for a gracious crowd of employees. The lunch served just over 100 people and the menu consisted of tri-tip, smoked chicken, baked beans, potato & green salads, jalapeno and blueberry cornbread, along with various barbecue sauces and tortillas.
